Online Orders

How long does it take to receive my online order?


We work super hard to process orders quickly. Processing an order will vary on the time the order is placed. We are open Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm EST. Orders placed on the weekends are processed on Mondays. Delivery times depend on the delivery method. We use USPS as a carrier for domestic deliveries, therefore, delivery time varies on location. We ship from directly from our roasting facility in Jacksonville, FL. If you are using Condaxis Delivery, your order will be delivered on the day of the week noted on the delivery schedule, per area. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm EST, prior to the delivery date, as per the delivery schedule. Please see our delivery schedule below. What is your return policy?


We do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee and tea products, since all coffee and tea is roasted or blended to order. If you’re unsure about a product, flavor, or have any questions about your order, please reach out to us via email at order@condaxis.com and we will be happy to help you decide. For other products, such as accesories or equipment, we will accept returns. Please note: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if any), as well as a 20% restocking fee as applicable if a special order item.




What if I need to change my order?


Condaxis Coffee works hard to roast and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, it can be challenging to make changes. If you wish to request a change to your order, please contact us at order@condaxis.com. Use the words “ORDER CHANGE” in your subject line. We will prioritize emails with this heading. Once an order is shipped per shipping confirmation, we cannot make any changes.




I received the wrong item. What can I do?


Whoops! If you've received the wrong item, please send an email to order@condaxis.com. We'd be happy to to send the correct the correct item.




What carriers do you use?


We use USPS for domestic shipping. If you've selected Condaxis Delivery, our driver will make the delivery according to our delivery schedule, see the schedule below. What is Condaxis Delivery?


We offer FREE delivery to customers within the following Florida Cities:Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Orange Park, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Atlantic Beach, St Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach You MUST place your order the by 11:59pm, prior to the delivery date! IMPORTANT! Please note the delivery schedule for each area. Monday: Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island Tuesday: Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach Wednesday: Southside, Mandarin, San Marco, Julington Creek Thursday: St. Augustine, Nocatee Friday: Orange Park




I chose the Pick Up In store option. When will my order be ready?


Please allow one hour for store pickups. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be avaiable the following day, with the exception of Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m Friday will be available for pick up on Monday morning when we open. We are closed on the weekends.





For Businesses

How can I obtain wholesale pricing?


For wholesale pricing please email hq@condaxis.com. Prior to receiving pricing on coffee, tea and delivery service, we may require that you submit your business license, EIN, resale tax certificate or other information for verification purposes.




Do you require minimum for weekly delivery?


We do not require a minimum case order for delivery. We do charge a minor fee of $1.50 per delivery which will be reflected on your invoice.




Can you label my bags with my logo?


We can create 4 x 2 or 4 x 4 labels for your retail bags. For pricing, please contact hq@condaxis.com. You have the option of providing your own labels as well.




How long does it take to schedule an installation?


While most happen quickly, installation time may vary due to equipment availability. Typically we can schedule installs within 7-14 days, in some cases sooner. In ordre to prevent delays, please contact us us as soon as possible.




How long does it take to schedule a service request?


Service request are typically scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. If you need a repair outside of regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm EST), please contact us at (904) 356-5330. We have an answering service that will immediately relay the information to one of our technicians.




Can I create a custom blend?


At Condaxis we can create custom blends for your business. That’s right! You can have a custom blend for your restaurants or office. This process begins with a scheduled tasting. We offer our custom blends in frac packs, retail bags and more. To find out more about custom blends, send an email to hq@condaxis.com.




Can I make my own flavored coffee?


Yes, we offer countless flavor possibilities. We have dozens of flavors on hand. Please note, that any new flavors, not on hand, will require an initial set up fee. If you are interested in creating your own flavor please email hq@condaxis.com.




Do I need to buy my own equipment?


We have equipment available for purchase. However, we also offer a leasing program for coffee and tea brewers. Please note that we do not lease espresso machines or grinders.

To take advantage of the Condaxis Lease Program we require a minimum purchase per week. By using the Condaxis Lease Program, you get FREE service for your equipment when needed, at no additional cost. This includes emergency service outside of regular business hours.
